We have a great program
set-up to help fund our full-time Whitney Clinic physician, Dr. Pheles
Dagerus. It's called the "Doc-a-Day" program and gives you the
opportunity to provide one or more days of high-quality healthcare to the
impoverished people of Hinche. The cost is just $60.00 to sponsor our
doc for a day and you get to pick the date - a great way to mark a special
day, prayer intention, remember a loved one, or give a unique and important
birthday or anniversary gift to that person who has everything. The
dates are displayed on a large Doc-a-Day calendar in the lobby of the
administration building at St. Monica's. If
your preferred day falls on a weekend when the clinic is closed or if the
date is already taken, your intention will be displayed on the nearest
possible date. Dr. Dagerus works very hard, seeing an average of fifty patients per day, so
your gift makes a very big difference for our Haitian brothers and sisters in
